In the original recipe that I found in a culinary magazine, whole chicken parts are used, I preferred chicken wings :)
- -800 g chicken wings
- -2 lemons
- -6 tablespoons flour
- -6 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- -an egg
- -oil for frying
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Marinated and breaded chicken wings:
At first we marinate the meat. Wash the lemons, cut them in half and squeeze the juice. The washed and dried meat is put in a bowl and the lemon juice is poured on top. Leave to marinate in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
We are preparing the breading. Put the egg in a bowl and beat it with a fork. In another two plates we put flour and breadcrumbs. Remove the meat, let it drain a bit and start to bread.
We put the pieces of meat first in flour on both sides, then in egg and finally in breadcrumbs. In a high saucepan, heat the oil (about 3 glasses). Put a few pieces of meat and turn the heat to low. The meat must be completely immersed in oil. The wings are cold for about 15 minutes. If the pieces of meat are larger, leave more. I tried them to be sure :).
After it is cold, take it out on kitchen paper to absorb the oil. It's salting. Serve very hot.
- The meat can also be marinated with orange juice and balsamic vinegar
-a refined idea is to add to the egg, grated lemon peel and finely chopped parsley :)
