Pasta with broccoli

  • 200 gr wide pasta
  • 1 onion
  • 200 gr frozen broccoli
  • 100 gr of defatted fresh cheese
  • 50 gr parmesan race
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 250 ml vegetable soup

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes


Finely chop the onion and heat it in hot oil. Add lightly thawed broccoli, leave for another 2-3 minutes, then quench with vegetable soup. Let it boil for 5 minutes, then take out 2-3 pieces of broccoli that we stop for decoration and mix the composition. Add the cheese, 30 gr grated Parmesan cheese, salt, ground pepper and put it back on the fire to boil. Meanwhile, boil the pasta. in boiling salted water. Serve the pasta with cheese sauce and the chopped broccoli pieces. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
