1

You can also mix the ingredients with a vertical blender.

2

No need for salt, green olives are salty enough.

We present you a delicious cake recipe with vegetables and fish. This is a very appetizing, delicious and filling appetizer, for the preparation of which you will need the simplest and most accessible ingredients. With minimal effort, you get a savory cake, worthy of the festive meal. Surprise your guests with an original salad and the praise will not be long in coming.

ingredients

-1 box of mackerel or canned tuna (you can use any favorite fish)

-200 g of mayonnaise or yogurt

Method of preparation

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients.

2. Boil the eggs and let them cool.

3. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Mix the grated carrot with the chopped walnuts, mayonnaise and salt.

4. Arrange a waffle tray on a plate. Use a tray slightly larger than the countertop.

5. Cover the top with mayonnaise and arrange the fish, pre-crushed with a fork.

6. Cover the fish with a countertop and arrange the grated carrot with walnuts on it.

7. Cover the grated carrot with another waffle tray, grease it with mayonnaise and arrange the grated eggs on it.

8. Wash the greens. Finely chop it and arrange a layer of dill on the grated eggs. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt.

9. Cover the dill with another waffle tray and grease it with mayonnaise. Cover the cake with grated cheese and refrigerate for 2 hours. As it is a filling appetizer, with a higher caloric level, serve it in small portions.

Note: If desired, you can replace the mayonnaise on the market with homemade mayonnaise. You can also prepare a natural yogurt sauce with mustard. If you prefer spicy dishes, add a little crushed garlic to the grated carrot. Don't overdo it with mayonnaise (or yogurt) for the countertop. It is thin and does not need a large amount of sauce.

Mushroom salad with tuna and sour cucumbers

Because we especially like the canned fillet tone, we include it in various appetizers like this one tuna mushroom salad and sour cucumbers.

It is a sour-tasting appetizer salad that won us over from the first tasting.

Starting from mushroom salad with chicken breast and pickles, I also adapted the recipe in the toned version. It turned out much tastier.

I actually made a combination of mushroom salad and tone paste. A combination that was very successful.

We really like appetizer salads and we prepare them quite often. They are perfect for when you open the fridge and think about what to taste before the meal.

They are also perfect for work packages. A few tablespoons in a saucepan and 2-3 slices of bread and I solved the snack at work.

Spicy tuna pate with butter and hot tortilla chips

1 can of tuna RIO Large in olive oil, drained

3 hot peppers pickled in vinegar, from a jar

green onions, sprinkled on top

For chips

Put all the ingredients for the pate, except the onion, in the food processor (with the chopping blade) and mix them until they become a fine paste. Taste and see if you need pepper. (He takes the salt from the anchovy.) Sprinkle with onions.

Preheat the oven to 200g. Cut the tortilla sticks into chips, sprinkle with olive oil, sprinkle with dried hot pepper flakes on top and bake until golden brown.

Now, the second recipe I used to spend my evenings with, because this is PERFECT for dinner (but also for lunch the next day). Do you know those evenings when you get tired of work and want something good and fast and you may not have to give seven rounds of market for ingredients?

Eggs stuffed with tuna. Delicious recipes for quick appetizers

Eggs stuffed with tuna can be prepared both for festive meals, but also on any other day when we want a quick, good-looking and tasty appetizer.
Eggs stuffed with tuna are easy to prepare and, depending on your preferences, we can make them with a wide variety of ingredients. In addition, stuffed egg recipes are also ideal when we have more leftovers in the fridge that we can combine in a tasty appetizer.

Eggs stuffed with tuna and mayonnaise

Ingredient:

  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • a can of tuna in oil
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves of crushed garlic
  • a classic mustard teaspoon
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Method of preparation:

Boil the eggs in salted water for at least 10 minutes to make sure the egg whites and yolks are hard. Then cut the egg in half, put the egg whites on one side and the yolks in another bowl. Crush the yolks with a fork, add the drained oil and the rest of the ingredients. Mix everything very well. If you fill the eggs with the teaspoon, the filling does not have to be very fine, but if you fill the eggs with the spray, it is good to put it through a blender, in order to be as fine as possible. Fill the eggs and place them on the plate, over the sauce. For the sauce, I mixed ½ cup of mayonnaise with half a cup of yogurt.

Appetizer tarts ready in minutes

The ingredients you need for these appetizer tarts are the following:

400 gr flour
150 gr butter
A teaspoon of salt
Water as needed
Two cans of crushed tuna in oil
Canned corn
Mayonnaise
Two eggs

Start by rubbing the butter with the salt until it melts. But be careful to keep a teaspoon of butter aside because you will need it in tune. After you get a paste of butter, add the flour, stirring constantly, to get rid of lumps and water, until you get a crust that no longer sticks to your fingers. Spread a sheet about half a centimeter thick and portion it according to how many small tart shapes you have. Put dough in each form of tart that you have greased with a little oil before and put in the center two dried beans. Bake the molds over medium heat until the tart dough is ready. Beans will prevent the dough from growing more than needed.
