Fast bread with potatoes

For starters we pass the boiled potatoes. Add hot water and sour cream, then pass until a cream comes out. We put over the mashed potatoes the flour that we mixed with salt and yeast. Knead the dough well. It will remain a little sticky. Sprinkle a little flour and let it rise for about 30 minutes in a warm place.

When the dough is raised (it doubles in volume), knead it for another 2 minutes on a surface sprinkled with flour. Form a round loaf of dough that we place in a tray on baking paper. Bake the bread in the preheated oven at 220 ° C for 20 minutes, then lower the temperature to 200 ° C for another 30 minutes. When we take it out of the oven, if we put our finger in it, it must sound empty. Then it's ripe.

Potato bread recipe at Multicooker 5in1 Digital Crock-Pot

It is known that one of the best breads is the one with potatoes, not only for its taste, but also because it stays fluffy for several days. That's why I also tested to prepare for Multicooker 5in1 Digital Crock-Pot.
And because I have already prepared homemade bread, and the one with potatoes already 2 times, I can tell you that it is ideal for preparing bread. It is the only product in the Crock Pot range that also has a baking function. Very easy to use, just choose the function, set the time and press Start.

The recipe consists of preparing the ingredients, preparing the dough, leavening, baking in the Bread Maker and browning in the oven. I was inspired by here and it is a bread recipe from Portuguese cuisine.

After 2 days it was just as fluffy, I can't tell you how it behaves anymore, because it didn't last longer than that.


Baked potatoes - a new, tasty and quick recipe!

1.Wash and peel the potatoes. If you have new potatoes, then you can bake them in their skins. Cut the potatoes into quarters.

2. Press the garlic or cut it into small pieces.

3. In a bowl, place the potatoes, garlic, oil and spices. Mix the ingredients very well.

4.Put the potatoes in the bag.

5.Put the bag on the tray, with the edge up and bake the potatoes for 40-60 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 ° C.

6. For brown crust potatoes, cut the top of the bag 10 minutes before the potatoes are ready.

Rustic potatoes

INGREDIENT:

1.Cut the hot pepper into thin slices, after removing the seeds.

3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

4. Season the potatoes with the mixture obtained and bake them as in the previous recipe.

Spicy potatoes

INGREDIENT:

-4 tablespoons olive oil

-1½ tablespoon of mustard seeds

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. If the honey has thickened, you can melt it in a bain marie.

2.Add the potatoes and mix.

Thanks to the bag, the oven remains clean, without traces of grease. It's a pleasure to cook potatoes this way, but also to eat them!
