Method of preparation
For sheets , the ingredients are for a smaller tray and 4 sheets, or 3 sheets on a larger tray. I only used two sheets for this cake.
Beat the eggs with the sugar, then add the soft butter and honey. Put the mixture on the steam bath for a few minutes until the sugar and butter melt. In addition to these long-lived teas, the monk healed suffering by instilling faith. Those who followed his advice came to enjoy life. Uncle Mihai is no longer in the earthly world, but he left us his miraculous recipes. The ingredients are these: plants and prayer. This is how he managed to heal over a million Romanians.
A life for the suffering
The monk Mihai Neamţu was born on October 12, 1924 in the village of Prilog, Satu-Mare County. He dedicated his whole life to the Christian faith and suffered the communist persecution, being expelled from the Bixad Monastery. From 1970, he began to go from village to village to heal people with the help of tea treatments and urging them to pray. In time, the news spread throughout the country, and hundreds of sick people began to come daily to Prilog. All who sought him were received. But the healing monk refused money for the good he did to the suffering.
The schedule for receiving the sick was from 9 o'clock in the morning until late at night, so that Uncle Mihai, as he was called, had only two lunch breaks a day. The two basic teas
Here is a tea that is also recommended for healthy people. It will revitalize the body and alleviate all suffering. It has no contraindications. Take three tablespoons of each plant: hazelnut leaves, burdock, chicory, horsetail, mouse tail, horn leaves, wild apple leaves and fruits, walnut leaves, flowers and hawthorn, pigeon, leaves oak, poplar, red clover flowers, honeysuckle and nettle. Gargle for sore throat, teeth and vocal cords. Take baths in a basin for 10-15 minutes for hemorrhoids and menstrual disorders. Tea is drunk to cure most ailments.
The above two teas are used in almost any suffering. In addition, the monk also recommends helpful treatments. Against hair loss, take three tablespoons of each plant: wild thyme, mousetail, wild clover flowers, yellow willow, red willow, St. John's wort, pigeon, nettle, hazelnut, hawthorn, blackberry and walnut. Flori de dovlecel în aluat cu bere
Se prepară un aluat subțire de clătite &ndash din făină, ouă ( 3 linguri de făină la 1 ou), un strop de sare, mirodenii (cimbru, sumac) și bere cât e necesar pentru a asigura consistența fluidă. Florile de dovlecel se spală sub stropi de apă și li se înlătură codițele, pistilele și staminele. Într-o cratiță se încinge uleiul, apoi florile, tăvălite în aluat, se prăjesc.
