  • 8 tablespoons flour

  • 2 sachets of chocolate pudding
  • 700 ml milk
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 30 gr butter
  • 50 gr grated chocolate

RECIPE PREPARATION Egg white cake with walnut and chocolate pudding:

Leave the egg whites until they reach room temperature. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until they harden well. Add the sugar and continue beating until the composition takes on the appearance of a thick cream. Add the ground walnuts, flour and mix the composition, stirring lightly with a wooden spoon. Pour the composition into a tray lined with baking paper and put the tray in the oven until lightly browned. . Remove the cake and let it cool.
