Cabbage with smoked ciolan

Ehhhhhhhhhh, what can I tell you? Try to put in a cabbage a bell pepper, a donut or a hardened kapia.

  • 1,500 kg. raw cabbage
  • 600 g. Boneless smoked ciolan
  • a dried dill flower
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 sprig of thyme
  • pepper

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Cabbage with smoked stalk:

Wash the ciolan and cut into small pieces.

Finely chop the pepper and put it in oil.

Put the chopped cabbage over the hardened pepper.

Heat until the cabbage is soft.

Over the cabbage we put the pieces of smoked ciolan, the sprigs of dill and thyme, the pepper and put them in the hot oven at 160 degrees until the juice left by the cabbage decreases.

When it is nicely browned, turn off the heat and take it out of the oven.

Serve with polenta and hot peppers.

No salt is added. The one left by the ciolan is enough.
