Eggless pumpkin bread

Prepare the yeast mayonnaise, sugar and warm water and set aside for 15 minutes. We take the core of the pumpkin and put it in the robot. After it has been crushed, prepare a pan, put it on the fire together with 1 tablespoon of butter and add the zucchini. Let them cook until the zucchini is soft.

Put sifted flour, and sprinkle salt and 1 tablespoon of sugar to make it a little sweeter. We mix them, and in the middle we make a hole, we put 1 tablespoon of butter and the hardened pumpkin even if it is hot, and we pour the dissolved yeast on top. We start to knead until an elastic and non-sticky dough comes out. Leave to rise until it doubles in volume.

Divide the dough in half. We take one of the 2 pieces and divide it into three and roll each one then weave them. We prepare a loaf of bread, grease it with oil and put the bread in the pan. Do the same with the rest of the dough. Grease the bread with beaten egg and bake until nicely browned.
