I passed the chicken through the robot. I cut the cleaned and washed mushrooms, cut the onion and the leek and put them in oil. After they softened, I added the mushrooms, I matched the taste (delicate, pepper) and then I added the meat and finally the greens (parsley and chopped dill). After the composition cooled, I put it on the spread puff pastry sheet. I braided it, put it in the tray, then I beat it with beaten egg and sprinkled it with a little sesame. In a maximum of 30 minutes it was ready to brown.
