Cookies with jam

Mix the butter with the sugar, add the yolk and mix until incorporated.

Add 150 g of flour mixed with salt, baking powder and mix until a non-sticky dough results (if necessary add more flour).

We form dough balls that we will pass through the beaten egg white.

Then we pass the balls through the ground walnut and place them in the tray lined with baking paper.

We make a hole in the middle in which we will add a little jam.

Bake them in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes until they brown nicely.
