Apple strudel dessert

The cinnamon aroma of the delicious apple strudel is an ingredient that makes my fall perfect.

  • 1.5 kg mere
  • 1 puff pastry dough
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • powdered sugar

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Dessert strudel with apples:

Peel the apples and put them on the grater with large meshes.

Put the apples together with the sugar over low heat to caramelize. Leave them for 15-20 minutes, then add the cinnamon and turn off the heat. Let them cool.

Cut the puff pastry into 4 approximately equal parts and put apples in the middle of each part. Roll and place in a tray lined with baking paper. Portion the strudels with a knife before putting them in the oven.

Put in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Powder with powdered sugar. Good appetite!
